Customers can place an order in person by coming to the Nota-Gold workshop, located in Moscow at the address: Sushchevsky Val Street, 43, building 2, or remotely online. An agreement must be concluded, which specifies the agreed terms and technical specifications products. Then the jewelers will develop a sketch, create a 3D model of the future jewelry, and send it to the client for approval. Only after the final approval of the layout and an advance payment of 50% is the product put into production. The remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the completed order.

I saw a piece of jewelry fleetingly in the film and fell in love with it at first sight. Having a screenshot of the film in hand, I began searching for a jewelry organization. Since I live in St. Petersburg, I started communicating with both large famous Russian manufacturers, and with local St. Petersburg jewelry organizations. Unfortunately, a dialogue did not develop with either one or the other, since the feedback was inhibited, and I did not see the desire to implement my idea. 10/29/2016 Anatoly I ordered the making of a cross based on my photo, + they responded quickly, agreed on the cost of the work and the time frame, which by the way fit within. My material was provided, that is, gold, + I ordered Sapphire stones from them, when the order was agreed upon, 4 Sapphires were announced, diameter 4 * 4 and clarity and color 2/2. During a home inspection of the cross, defects were found; on the edge of the cross there were uneven finishes that could be felt even to the touch of a finger, and even more so were visible through a magnifying glass. Question. How could the craftsmen even approve of giving such work to the client? The truth is now about the positive. I arrived and brought the cross the next day after receiving it, without question they admitted their mistakes in processing the cross and took it away for reworking, everything was redone within the specified period at the expense of the company (well, or the craftsman who messed up, it doesn’t matter to me) and returned to the client.
