Cleaning services OKVED code which is new. OKVED: cleaning services in the updated classifier

Cleanliness is needed everywhere. That is why many businessmen, having started an activity related to cleaning premises, subsequently do not change it and do not use additional OKVED codes to reflect additional activities, since decoding 81.22 OKVED means that the activity is related to the cleaning and tidying of any type of premises and buildings.

Maintaining a staff of cleaners has long proven to be unprofitable. After all, sometimes one person is enough to maintain cleanliness, although at the same time, the presence of a special team of cleaners is necessary to carry out major cleaning. Therefore, most often, many companies, to carry out a major type of cleaning, hire a team capable of performing the required amount of work for a certain fee.

Who uses cleaning and cleaning services?

In fact, the demand for cleaning companies is now at a special level. That is why many novice businessmen use OKVED 81.22 as the main code. It reflects work in the form of cleaning and maintenance carried out in buildings of any type. It also includes office, residential and non-residential premises. But not only the cleaning of small premises is carried out by companies conducting activities reflected by this code. 81.22 also applies in the case of cleaning and cleaning in the premises of factories, factories, institutes, shops and other commercial and professional institutions.

In addition to cleaning premises, companies offering cleaning services and operating in accordance with OKVED 81.22 also carry out such types of work as the procedure for cleaning chimneys and fireplaces from contaminants. Cleaning companies also carry out work such as cleaning the incinerator, boiler, ventilation shaft and exhaust fans. It is worth noting that this code is used by cleaning companies that provide special types of services related to cleaning up contaminants. production equipment and industrial facilities.

Such a variety of types allows any cleaning company not to additional activities, since OKVED 81.22 allows you to actively develop and be in demand in any field. After all, cleanliness is needed everywhere, be it a factory or an apartment.

What cleaning companies don't do

Despite the fact that OKVED 81.22 allows cleaning and cleaning literally in any room, it still does not reflect some types of work related to cleaning the facades of buildings. The use of steam blasting or sandblasting is carried out only by those cleaning companies that operate in accordance with OKVED .99.

And although cleaning companies operating exclusively within the framework of OKVED 81.22 cannot carry out such types of work as washing windows or cleaning facades. But other types of work in the form of cleaning premises, stoves and other elements, often required in residential and production premises regular cleaning, they can perform it quickly and efficiently.

From January 1, 2016, OKVED 2 will come into force - a new Classifier of species economic activity, in which a whole section is dedicated to. New types have also appeared for other non-cleaning business areas. Statistical authorities have already started calling entrepreneurs to clarify the types of activities, but still some entrepreneurs should first study the document well so as not to miss theirs among more than 200 codes. In practice, the introduction of a new classifier of economic activity was postponed twice (first to January 2015, and then to 01/01/2016) due to the lack of the necessary software. Therefore, the replacement of codes will be carried out by the tax authorities without the participation of legal entities after the development of the appropriate software. Victoria Paneva, legal adviser at Cristanval, told InfoClean that Rosstandart order No. 1261-st dated September 30, 2014 established a transition period for a gradual transition to the use of new classifiers until January 1, 2016.
“In 2015, when registering a business, it is recommended to use the old OKVED 2001 classifier,” he clarified executive director NAI Becar Victor Kozin. “For already working entrepreneurs and directors of enterprises, after recoding, it will be enough to simply order new extracts from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities from the tax office for free.” At the same time, Viktor Kozin reminded businessmen of the need to independently check the correctness of the new codes so that they could be sure that the tax authorities did not make mistakes during recoding.

So what have the developers of OKVED 2 prepared for real estate service enterprises?

Cleaners can rejoice: they won’t have to navigate the new classifier for a long time, since its developers have collected almost all types of activities related to the cleaning industry in one section - OKVED Class 81 “Activities for maintenance of buildings and territories.” Classes in OKVED 2 are divided into subclasses, which directly contain activity codes.

More specialized cleaning services should be looked for in other sections:
Code 43.39 - post-construction cleaning;
Code 43.99 - steam cleaning, sandblasting and other similar work on building facades;
Code 45.20.3 - washing of vehicles;
Code 96.01 - washing and dry cleaning of textiles and carpets.

In the new All-Russian classifier types of economic activities, professional cleaning companies may also need (including hazard classes I–IV), and, which describes work on maintaining green spaces.

The main OKVED code for a facility company will be 81.10 - “Comprehensive maintenance activities for premises.” This grouping describes comprehensive (not independent) services in terms of servicing the client’s premises, including cleaning of interior premises in buildings of all types, repairs, security, waste disposal, routing and receiving mail, laundry services and related services.

More specifically, the maintenance of building equipment and networks is described in several more OKVED-2 codes:
Code 33.12 - repair of machinery and equipment, including as part of hydraulic, electrical and ventilation systems;
Code 33.14 - repair and maintenance of electrical equipment and internal networks of the building;
Code 43.22 - repair and maintenance of plumbing systems, heating and air conditioning systems;
Code 43.29 - repair and maintenance of elevator facilities, including escalators.

Companies that provide a wider range of services to property owners will also be able to choose the appropriate activity code. The closest for a property company, which can complement the codes for facility, seems to be code 82.11 - “Complex administrative and economic activities to ensure the operation of the organization”, which describes complex (not independent) daily administrative services provided for a fee or on a contractual basis, such as reception services, financial planning, registration, billing, staff management and mailing, etc.

OKVED is nothing more than a list of codes that determine the scope of activity of a particular company. To identify a company according to OKVED, you need to know what exactly the company or businessman does. The source of investment and form of activity do not have any impact on the classification of a company according to OKVED. OKVED code 74.70 is the main code for cleaning services, which has 3 additional codes, and applies to the cleaning of buildings (industrial and residential), as well as equipment and vehicles. We will talk about additional codes below.

Cleaning services are not just cleaning, but putting things in perfect order. The main task of cleaning companies is to bring furniture, floors, walls, windows, facades to almost new condition. The phenomenon of cleaning necessity lies in the fact that the services of such companies are a relatively new phenomenon, but have already gone beyond offices and institutions and have become in demand for residential buildings, apartments, and offices. Therefore, in conditions of heavy competition between companies, personnel selection is considered very strict; cleaning companies use high-quality equipment and expensive cleaning products. This is also due to the fact that in modern realities ideas about comfort have advanced. A cleaning company is essential for modern companies to operate successfully and thrive.

Cleaning companies perform the following functions:

  1. Cleaning of industrial and residential premises. Thorough cleaning of your office, institution, house, apartment, factory, store, institute or other type of premises. The decoding for these services is the following OKVED code: 74.70.1.
  2. Cleaning of equipment: stoves, hoods, various types of stoves, boilers, ventilation, waste incinerators, pipes. OKVED code – 74.70.1.
  3. Cleaning vehicles for transporting passengers. OKVED code – 74.70.2.
  4. Carrying out disinfection, disinfestation and deratization operations. OKVED code – 74.70.3.
  5. Cleaning public places(garbage collection and removal), streets and roads, parking spaces, clearing runways of snow and ice, sprinkling with sand and salt. This item has a different OKVED code, namely 90.00.3.

All OKVED codes presented above refer to the new 2017 classifier. Mutually beneficial cooperation with cleaning companies manifests itself in many aspects. By entrusting the cleaning problem to the hands of professionals, you have a lot of free time to do more important things. The problem of purchasing washing liquids and cleaning products is eliminated. There is no reason to worry and monitor the work of employees, since they receive a decent wages, feel comfortable at work, worry about prospects career growth, undergo a thorough selection process before being hired.

The company provides pleasant discounts to regular customers. Cleaning problems now lie not with you, but with the cleaners. Gloss and brilliance - this, we can confidently say, is the motto of cleaning company employees.

Perhaps hiring workers for one-time or even regular cleaning will be an alternative to the services of a cleaning company. But imagine how much effort and time it will take to organize such a cleaning! It is necessary to purchase cleaning products yourself, be responsible for the safety of a perhaps not fully trained worker, and exercise some control over casual workers, because such workers tend to prioritize the quantity of orders rather than quality. For these reasons, cleaning services cost clients much less than hiring employees.

Cleaning is convenient, profitable and high quality. Washing facades, full (general) cleaning, removing stains, cleaning furniture will no longer be a problem. However, to reap all the benefits, you need to choose a really good company.
